Rain subscription cancellation

I’ve been getting calls from rain that I owe them for my last subscription even though I last used their services back in 2020. I received a call again today stating that from their records it shows that I didn’t give them 30 days notice to cancel my month to month subscription. I had given them notice that I won’t be continuing with the deal. Now 3 years later I get a call that I owe them money for something I haven’t used.
