Rain subscription cancelation

Rain is ****ming people. I canceled my subscription on the 28th April 2026. I was told my account was in order and the cancelation process was started. But on the 1st of May 2026 R620 was deducted from my account. Their agent told me I owed April. Then they paid back only R31. I've never met such dishonest service provider in my life.
