RAIN SUBSCRIPTION

It is much easier to pass through an eye of a needle than to cancel rain contract and subscription. I have terminated the contract with rain but money is continously debited from my account. There only thing I get everytime I call them are references: ************With a caption " HELP IS ON THE WAY. On the 1st March at 15:18,I spent 24:18(24 minutes, 18 seconds) talking to one consultant who couldn't even locate my sim card number because the account is closed,But LO & BEHOLD,money was taken from my credit card again. I'm still waiting for the "HELP...." Mzansi BE WARNED ABOUT RAIN! Easier to join but Difficult/ Impossible to walk away
