Rain Subscription

Been trying to cancel our subscription since Oct 2024. every time we phone (every month) then2 the person on rain side tells us they can not cancel from there side they will escalate the matter no feed back after a weeks wait. We have gone on the app trying via the "raingo" , every time it says unsuccessful. We do not use the rain device as we got Fiber but they still deduct R8.00 from our account EVER DAY its adding up. End of Nov 2024 they deducted the full amount, 2 weeks ago someone from rain phoned me and asked how can we help, I then stated again we want to cancel ..again we where told she can not and it will be escalated. Today is 20/12/2024 no one has phoned from rain nor has rain canceled our subscription, they again today 20/12/2024 deducted the full amount.
