Rain Subscription

Have been a Rain subscriber since 2020,in April 2023 I started traveling on business,I decided to switch off my Rain router off, in May I then phoned Rain to cancel my subscription, but they never canceled it.On the 03rd July 203 I wrote them an email requesting them to cancel my subscription, they never cancel it,today I decided to phone them to get clarity why the subscription is not canceled, they told me that my subscription will be canceled at the end of this month.

I have never dealt with such an *********** organization like them, I felt that they just want to get money from me for nothing,I ha e already paid 2 x subscriptions for nothing and now they want the third one.
