Rain Subscription

After I called to cancel my subscription with rain, I found out about 3 months later that they kept on secretly debiting my account without me knowing. I'm saying "Secretly" because I was no longer getting the notifications from my banking app. They say every call is recorded for security purposes but yet they refuse to share it with me when I request for it.
