Rain subcsription

Hi. I have been strugling to cancell the subscription for data services. First it was the debit order that was not active and i had to pay manually every month. Without paying they cut my nertwork off and when i pay they still charge me full amount not eve a prorater based on the days i was not using the services. My subscription is a month to month service no payment no service. Month of april i did not pay and thwre was no service for the month. So yesterday i received an sms that says i must pay R250 for the service to be abvailable. I then called to inquire and i spoke with a very rude man trying to explain my frustration. He cared less of what i jad to say and said i owe them two month. I asked how as i know my subscription is on a month to month i pay i get service no paymemt no service simple. That is why i took the product ithey told me it works like a prepaid sort of. I dont expext to be told that i owe. I then asked him to cancelled the contract and he jus dropped the phone and i saw sms that says i will be called back.. My deepwst worry is to be told i owe for a service i am not receiving. Immagine now i will be told again that i owe three month. Thins is so bad. I also tried to send email and it bounces says its blocked.
