Rain stops when it starts to rain

Do yourself a favor and do not take a package from Rain. I took a LTE router called the 101 with uncapped 5G package. it gave me speeds between 10 and 30 mbs due to the area not having 5g infrastructure. everything went well for a week and a half and one evening we had a light thunderstorm and the internet was gone up until today. Needless to say when i phoned the first time they gave the technicians 24 hours to get the only tower in my area up and running again. after two days when i phoned a again they escalated the complaint but saiid it will be back up shortly. the Third day i called they said they will diverebt my signal to the next tower. i phoned back a week later and this time the technicians was waiting for a part but it would have been up and running in a short space of time. after the second week of no internet they told me the case is escalated. frastrated i have asked to cancelled my package and that i want n refund. It sounded like the operator was gald to cancel the package. i however asked for a refund and his reply was that a representative of rain would phone me within 24 hours its niw three days later and no call. The operators always sound like they are from America or India.

so now i tel people i had Rain, but when the rain came my rain was gone.
