RAIN STOP TAKING MONEY IF PEOPLE WANT YOUR SERICE THEY WILL PAY IT

I was told this is a month to month service, I paid by my credit card ever month and when I stopped making use of there service they started taking my money, I phoned and I was told they will not refund my money I need to go to my bank but they will stop taking my money and then again they debit me. what can a person do. you cant trust anyone. I now have paid for 3 months and didn't even use there service. you cant even get hold of them. i can only say don't use them they are *****. no shame they take peoples money and don't even care.
