Rain stop *****ing our money we are not fulls.
Hi I'm going to report Rain to the ombudsman for billing me incorrectly in April 2025 and May 2025 when I contact customer service about this matter, all I get is false information. Their *********** angets don't provide correct information when a customer has serious issues with the service is providing. I'm escalating this matter to the ombudsman so I could get a refund.

23 May 2025, 15:40The refund that was made by Rain it was for the month of April 20th 2025 and the agent confirmed it to me telephonically and told me that the refund for 20th May 2025 will be credited to my account. I refused and told him that I need a refund because I have other commitments.
