Rain! Stop trying to deduct money from my account for days on end. My account is UP TO DATE. You are incurring unnecessary bank costs on my bank account. We even had a telephonic discussion and you are still messing up. Please get your story right and get your act together. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. Your system is *******!
