RAIN STOP DEBITING MY ACCOUNT

Ever since last year I have been canceling my account with Rain because the network it has been very bad in my house sometimes we will go days without network the worst when u call their call center u will hold for hours before getting consultant on my email I have stated that they must debit me account case they make sure they take all the money in my account and put my account on negative im always on negative with Rain with debit orders they are making i have requested long time I knowloger want their services,because of the bad service i even told their sales consultant to come and collect their router They must stop taking my money in my account 😒 and stop going in my account to make transaction im not using their network I have better service provider
