Rain STOLE my money provided no Service!
RAIN STOLE MY MONEY DID NOT PROVIDE SERVICE
My payment was due on the 25th I made payment on the 28th I was reconnected and disconnected for a payment date due on the 1st of December How can December be over Due in November while I paid. No response from rain call centre is a waste of time

Your system has a serious error that needs to be fix concerning payments YOU CANNOT HAVE SO MANY CUSTOMERS COMPLAINING ABOUT THE SAME THING AND GIVE THE SAME RESPONSE. MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN REFLECTING AS OVER DUE FOR 2MONTHS EVEN WITH PAYMENT
