Rain stole my money from my bank account.

i woke up on the 15th with notifications from my bank that rain debited money out of account. i called my bank to try and reverse the transaction as i never gave rain permission to deduct from my account. my bank informed me that the transaction does not appear on the debit order list, the transaction appears has a purchase. i always pay my rain account online by putting my card information on their site, little did i know that these people have kept my account information even the pin and now they are just taking money out of my account whenever they want. this is theft as i never gave rain any consent to debit or purchase anything from my account. i will lay ******** charges against them and report them to ICASA, Goods and services ombudsmen and to the NCC.
