Rain stole my money

This is the second time I've had to cancel a Rain product. On both occasions it was because of my dealings with RAM couriers who are by far the rudest and most *********** company operating right now in South Africa. I cannot understand how Rain chooses to use them when RAM is constantly surrounded by bad reviews and complaints from customers. When I called Rain to explain my frustration with RAM, the agent on the phone literally hung up the call. No response, no apology, just hung up. If that's the level of service Rain chooses to engage in, I want nothing to do with them again... I've also yet to receive a refund for the sim deal I've cancelled and getting in touch with an agent to speak about it near impossible. I feel like Rain has just ****** my money!
