Rain stole my money!
I got my girlfriend the rain router during on the 11th of November 2022 for R1 the black Friday promotion. After I paid I tried to remove my banking details and insert hers it then said updating.On the 6th of December 2022 R527 went of my bank account and I've been struggling ever since to get my money bank I contacted my bank who said the money will reflect with 7 to 10 working days but I'm still waiting.My cell number is ***

28 Dec 2022, 22:44Its still there because whenever I try to remove then it just says updating,I want my money I'm unable to add any other details because it just says updating I will escalate this to your ceo if I have to instead of just refunding my money and fixing the system you are wasting more of my time!!!!
