Rain STOLE MY MONEY!!!

Rain has debited my account twice for once month ! I tried calling , no answers !!! I have asked them to contact me on their website and I haven't received any communication from them what so ever !!!! I am really ****ed off with them because they are quick to up sell you with their products and once you buy it , you are left alone ! This company has no customer care ! I work hard for my money and they don't give a damn !! I am taking this further to the ombudsman!
