Rain stole my money and I want it back now
If there was an option for zero stars that would have been my option and now even though I cancelled my service with rain I still got billed for something I am not using and now what is worse is that I have been paying them manually all along and now that I cancelled the service they had the audacity to debit my account when I am no longer a customer this company should not even exist to begin with the way they do business is truly unacceptable

01 Jul 2021, 10:44Don’t tell me that cause I have always have been paying before I use and that is how month to month works and I had to pay first before the sim got activated so there is no way that you can tell me that nonsense and plus the bad service that you provided and now you take my money an give me an excuse for taking it, I am no fool I want my money back and I want it now

11 Jul 2021, 12:42if you mean having to wait more than 5min for a webpage to open and for it to take 3hrs to download a 60mb file, you service is the worst of all time and you should not even be allowed to provide a service of this magnitude where data is a necessity for most people what is worse is that you cost me R13000 in two weeks where I had to make a decision to cancel your services before you cost me more, and the again you debit me and try to explain why. explain why I should pay for a service that I was hardly happy with to begin with and cost me more than I should be paying.
