I requested for cancelation end of August hoping hoping to stop using your services end of September. One of your agents called me and advised that i cancel begin of September instead and i wont be debited end of September. So if you're saying I'm paying in advance, why am i paying for November when its September?? And why am i paying if September is the last month?

A blank reply from rain. No surprise. All i want is the money you took from me which is R502.9. This amount includes the debit order charge and the bounced fees i had to pay when you tried to debit from my account.

I requested to cancel my rain account beginning of September and an agent called and advised that i wont have to pay at the end of the month (September) however, an amount of R499 was debited, why? I'm going to complain on every social media possible until this is sorted!
