Rain stole my money

I also would lile to gice zero stars. I last used service in feb and was supposed to be billed prorata in order to finalise any payments due, i contacted customer sevice with no resolutions. Suddenly 6 months later my accound is debited with full amount and somehow service reactivated,now when i click cancel i am billed R30 for a serbice i havent been using. I never authorised payment imdact i removed my card details which have now been used. I lodged a dispite with my bank and would advise anybody to stay away from this provider.
