RAIN STOLE MY MONEY

I cancelled my monthly contract with Rain the first week of March. They had taken the fee on the 1st of March. I complained that they would only cancel my contract end of the month. I got an email from Anelisa Ndikandika confirming that they would do the cancellation immediately and it would not wait for end of the month.

On 1 April Rain deducted 699 from my account. I want my money back today.
