Rain stole my money

I am extremely disgusted in Rain as a ISP. They are a bunch of *******. I enquired about 5G as they had a black Friday deal of R479 p.m. and the consultant actually signed me up for the 4G deal of R479 p.m. I immediately cancelled and requested a refund. For some or other reason they refuse to acknowledge my requests which I did on multiple occasions. They have not contacted me at all to say when i will be getting my money even after Suhaifa Sheik (Rain CeC) asked me whether I want my account credited or refunded back into my actual bank account to which i rep**** put my money in my bank account. I have sent them numerous emails for the last two days and from a business perspective, this is really not the kind of people I want to do business with.
