Rain Stole my Money

I tried to Rica my sim on the Rain App, but it doesn't work. The app says that validation should take 30 seconds, but it has been 2 days now. There is absolutely NO customer service on the app, twitter or telephonic. I'm deeply disappointed in Rain and in myself for even considering using your services.
