Rain stole my money

Rain has become *************. I payed my rain account but I still don’t have access to internet, the app says I’m still missing payment. The same thing happened in January, I called and went back to back with emails no one helped me till I decided to pay it twice that month because of frustration. Same thing happened now I have paid Rain every month this year and again twice in Jan. This is unacceptable. If I don’t receive any help I’m leaving this network because there honestly are better alternatives.
