Rain stole money from my account

If only I listen to a colleague telling me that rain is not okay. I was using rain 5 and they told me if I upgrade it to rain one my subscription will never changed and I did, on the 25 when I was supposed to pay R529 they told me to pay R100. I paid it. The following month on the 25 they are sending me two invoices saying I owe two month with no explanation. Then I told them is not my fault that they charged me R100 Previous month and they **** saying my subscription won't change it did change. After that they told me they will give me an option to pay R559 and they did. I paid that R559 after two days they want back to my account and took R1028 from my account without my knowledge. And they stole my money because they took it without my permission. Please guys who ever is using rain be careful because they are robbing people and when you call you even struggling to get hold of them.
