Rain stinks

This is so bad I've been trying to Rica since Monday .Money has been paid but yet nothing I'm stuck on proof of address since Wednesday as of yet I have not received a call or nothing since I left my contact details .please help Rain this is not on and so very disappointing

That's just it,it's stuck on there it does not give me an option to upload a new proof of address .If they could clear the message and allow a new proof of address so I can upload

I want to reiterate that this is very bad deducting money and than making us wait after we've done the necessary steps .I would appreciate a response from the Rica department soon cause to have paid for wifi and than not be able to use it and having to spend more money to communicate with you is very frustrating .So if someone could sort this out today still it would be much appreciated

Really now rain .We've gotten 2 calls now and both times the agent hung up without hearing what I'm saying This is the pits
