RAIN STILL WILL NOT STOP GOING INTO MY ACCOUNT!!

I have been a loyal customer with rain for the past 2 years with no problems then there was an issue with one of their network towers the only one I could connect to... We called the team to fix this and it was always the same answer that the technician is busy with it. Bare in mind this was towards the end of November meaning they still deducted money from my account after 3 weeks with no internet we decided to cancel our subscription and join fibre. Now I was promised a refund and we organized their personel to come collect their router. Its now march router not collected and these people still have the audacity to debit my account for internet I can't use. Its clear to me that one of their core values is dishonesty because now they are treating this like it was a contract. Its so emotionally draining to have to realize you are out of budget because of people who have no respect for their own words Im just tired and would like this to end
