Rain still sucks, but Nomvelo Sithole is the star

I haVe had nothing but shocking service from Rain - no support WHATSOEVER. Until finally Nomvelo Sithole picked up the phone and called me. 10 minutes later Eureka - internet access. Not my problem, but a technical problem on Rain's side. Thank you Nomvelo (you were friendly, understanding, understood the problem, patient etc ), but no thanks to Rain or to all the other so called customer care agents. You are all uselesss and inept. For the founders who ascribe to service excellence especially given their backgrounds - SHAME ON YOU. Would love to tell you personally!
