Rain Still Poor Service

Well, it's a new year and new complains. Come back and my connection is ok, the suddenly, slow speeds and high latency. Please fix the connection.

And Once again Rain is proving utterly useless. Why don't I have 5g service. Please fix your utterly useless internet. Its already 8 days into the new year and what a glorious failure for Rain. 0 Brain and 100% fail.
