RAIN STILL GIVING ME ISSUES WITH REFUND AND HAVE NOT CONTACTED ME LIKE PROMISED

An update on Rain debiting my account after the service was cancelled. Rain contacted sent me a message on this platform(hellopeter) and stated they would contact me. Till this day no one has contacted me or attempted to communicate with me. Yeoline when am I getting contacted so u can hear me out and refund me pls.
