I paid the r699 after going up and down against my better judgment. U told me I owe r699. If I pay it cancellations will be processed. Ncebo nkosi confirmed on the phone as well as email that this thing is cancelled and someone will fetch the router. No one has fetched the router now told I owe r400 i will not pay one more cent to this useless company. If this is not resolved I will sell this router and then pay whatever u claim I owe but I am done with rain.
