Rain *****S YOUR MONEY. Pathetic service

Where to even begin! The service is just pathetic! I purchased a sim card from rain in January, set up the account and made payment but the sim card was faulty, (it did not work!). so my fiance assisted with a new account and everything was running smoothly.

I had phone rain to ask them to refund my money for the first sim but instead they reactive the account of the faulty sim and have been deducting money every month since .

I have sent numberous email and have asked for a manger to call me back (because they are apparently always busy) . I spoke to so many people. It's just pathetic service!!!!

They have request my details so many time and I've gotten to the point where I'm not sending the same things over and over!

I want RAIN'S BANKING DETAILS so that MY bank and get back all the money that they are *****ing from me!!! Because at this point it's no longer a mistake ITS THEFT!! CONSTANTLY TAKING MONEY FOR A SERVICE THAT I HAVE CANCELLED!!!
