RAIN *****S MONEY FROM THEIR CUSTOMERS

I signed up with rain on the special that I'll only pay R1 for the first month. They debited my account and promised a refund in 7 to 10 working days. It's been way over a month now and every time I contact them they say they'll escalate it to billings department. Their billing department doesn't have a phone which is pathetic. I called again today to be informed that they added the money to a credit on my account yet they still continue to debit my account. No one informed it would be passed as a credit and no one can give me any answers. They're very quick to take your money but when paying back it's an issue. Their service is absolutely pathetic
