RAIN *****S AND HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

This is now my second review and still zero service or cancellation. Just spent 27 minutes on the phone to Rain with no answer. This will be the12th time I have been trying to call Rain to CANCEL my account but zero service. They want to charge my R5000 when I cancelled telephonically in September. Do not ever get Rain, the have zero customer service and you cant cancel yet they still charge you. Disgusting
