rain *****ing my money

Poor, poor customer service. Bought the sim card - had to pay R300 upfront for data usage - in the end no coverage . I never used the sim card. Insisted on a refund . And since March they promised to refund me, but still no refund. Every time I comment on their face book page, they reply that is was sorted out, but it was not. They are *****ing my money.
