Rain *****ing my money

We contacted Rain via their app on the R250 special or option. After we checked the coverage in our area. All over was blue spots. Not to waist their time. So request a call back and they DO call back soooooo fast.. The operator on the phone confirmed with our adress we are covered. We can proceed with payment confirmation. We then struggled with the card I had then and told them we will do it the next day when I have the over card. So next day we request call back again.. Another person helped us. Went through the whole process again. He also confirmed. His words.. I can confirm you are covered.. so We made R1 payment... And so excited waiting for our sim card.. Fast and efficient..Got msg that sim is activated.. Got sim... NO COVERAGE!!!!!!! So request call back(no coverage option) no one calls.. request call back for new sim. Almost immediately call back.. So sorry. they will let someone else know to cancel sim/stop deduction.. They will call me back.. Few days later.. no call back and end of month is coming for deduction.. request call back again. Same story. will call back.. Nothing.. AND OFCOURSE THEY DEDUCTED THE MONEY. how did their map have coverage and THEY confirm it. but as soon as you have sim. nothing. Is that how they bull**** people to get money. Signing up quick. Leaving them impossible.
