rain *****ing from my account , very dissipointed

I am totally dissipointed with this service provider because i have canceled this early last month where i received a cancellation email but they still taking my money from my account without authorization , this is called *****ing, i cannot express my anger as this is a difficult time with covid and they still able to make such terrible mistakes with peoples lifes . i am furious and wnat a refund done immediately, my duaghters school fees need to be paid with this money that was ****** from my account .
