Rain. Stay away from these ****mers
Got a call today from a collection agent saying we owe rain over a thousand rand. Came as quite a shock considering we haven't used their services for over 2 years since they don't provide coverage where we stay. Is this a ****. I feel like Rain is ****. Can't get hold of anyone at Rain, can't get hold of the collection agency. What a sad state of affairs when companies feel this is the correct way to do things, no communication and then just an unwanted surprise.
