Rain-STAY AWAY!

I got my 5G Rain device on 4 June 2020. I have followed every prompt and move the device all over the house and yard with absolutely no results.

The 4G light is blue, the 5G light is dead and no matter what I do, I can not get the system activated. I have logged ticket after ticket with only one response that wasn’t helpful at all!
