Rain staff members give no customer service whatsoever

Rain customer service is nonexistent In today’s day and age connectivity is paramount. Unless if you have Rain their staff do not give any consideration to the plight of not having connectivity. The music in the background of the call is so loud you can’t even hear the person. Or you get told as you have no internet to play board games. I was told by 3 different Rain staff members that a technician has been sent to the tower to resolve the issue. Upon speaking to a supervisor on Saturday evening no technician had been dispatched.
