I contacted call center concerning a payment to be made & received very little details concerning how the payment could be made (from a trained Rain employee) only received full information after I had to clear my schedule to go in store inorder to receive more information. A negative fit for people with busy schedules. I'm still awaiting up date to payment details, will definitely not be recommending
