Rain sporadic service

Rain internet only worked for a few days. Thereafter our speed went so slow not even a whatsapp message would come through. Called the call centre followed their instructions, problem persist called again was promised a email and return call nothing happend. Rain cost us more money on calls etc as they dont have any walk in complaints department.
