Rain Speeds vs Dialup Speeds

the worst possible speeds since dialup. Don't get me wrong, my speeds were fine till a few months back. I have been with Rain for many a years & am now dealing with speeds that are beyond putrid. To think about the Thousnds that i have spent with them is really heartbreaking. please don't advertise to recruit new clientele when this only worsens our speeds with greater congestion on the towers. it took me so long to try and get a speed test done to which the results were 0.017mb/s, how is this 4G or LTE. how can technology have fallen so far behind that 10 years ago i was getting better speeds. Due to the Lockdown, some of us need to work from home to generate an income & this requires internet but how can i when webpages keep timing out because of the speeds. think i need to speak to a lawyer regarding this because i cannot get work done from home which means that i cannot provide for my family. This lack of income is solely due to the unfulfilled contractual agreement with Rain. Don't offer services you cannot provide. i have logged too many requests & am still waiting for a response, says a lot about customer service. i Feel that the people need to be warned about this as to not fall in the same hole as i have so i will make this go viral on many media outlets. Definitely time to change ISP. i have refrained from using vulgar language to really express how i feel & how do i remove the one star rating because you don't even deserve that.
