Rain speed issues

I have been with rain for quite a long time and was really happy with the product, I have the 4g unlimited 24/7 package.

Rain states that they do not cap. Lately I have been having speed issues. They promised 10mbs at least 5mbs, I was getting this since I started with them and now suddenly I can barely get 1mbs! What happed? Are they capping me? Never happened before in a years time! I have logged a tikket. I'm quite upset
