RAIN Speed and Support none existent

Few days later, rain promised to get back to me. I'm still awaiting response and getting less than 1mbps during the whole day with the 4g unlimited package. I can barely stream, load web pages, or even play a game online.

I don't have the choice of getting fibre or I would have changed over long time ago. I used to her 20 to 40mbps on a 19 hour day uncapped package. Since Feb it's just degraded completely. Support emails takes days to respond or just no response at all.

I have an excellent CAT4 Huawei B315s router and rain tower is 300 meters from my house. Another 600 meters from my house and so on. I'm irritated for a service I'm paying for and hardly receiving.

I DONT RECOMMEND this service. I was also ignored or blocked on their Facebook messenger as my messages aren't read, or answered anyone.
