rain South Africa Terrible customer support

LTE network is great but their customer service is terrible! sim card got ****** on 14 Feb and nearly a month (11 march) and 5 different support staff later i finally got a new sim but the new one doesn't work. went through 7 different support members and none of them could help me, and they wont cancel the sim before the beginning of the next month because they work on a month to month basis and apparently i have to pay for the months "services" which i never got?!?!
