I’m so angry with this network, last month R479 was deducted from my bank and the whole month it didn’t work, I cancelled early this month and even received an email stating an agent will finalise my cancellation yet no one did that , today R479 was deducted again ! And on the site they have that they’ll deduct again 25 July I’f my money is not returned I’m really going to fight this because I’m paying for nothing even after cancellation!!!!!

Good Day

I called Rain again today and they said I’ll R479 will be deducted again as I’ve used 8GB of data whereas I did not as u mentioned on the 25th. Please solve this issue before the 25th I’ll check my emails for your response and rain account if it still says I’ll be paying on the 25th of July.
