Rain South Africa is the worst service provider

I've been going back and forth trying to get a refund for a payment which they claimed they couldn't allocate. Even after sending through proof that they have banked the transaction and even had the nerve to disconnect my services and made me pay for the second time, twice in one month! No sense of urgency or doing a thorough investigation whatsoever, the so called Grace from their customer service was quick to respond by telling me that the funds were allocated to the next calender month which is a bunch of lies! And again I sent through my bank statement which shows the funds were never allocated. Worst service provider!
