Rain is the worst company ever don't sign up with them. I have been waiting for my refund since 14 September I was given a reference *** and told that my request is been escalated and my refund will be paid in 14 days but every time I call am told the same story, I have asked to speak to a manager when I call the call Centre and the agents Anele Khoza and Namhla Senene tell me they unable to transfer me to a manager. They promised me a manager will call me and still 3 weeks down the line no call from a manager. I called again today and I was told they closed the case i must must wait and they don't know how long they will come back to me. Please do not fall for their trap their service is appalling and now they have ****** me of my pro rata .
