RAIN SOUTH AFRICA IS A ****

They don't even deserve the one star! If you are looking for a service provide rain South Africa should definitely NOT be your list.

They have zero regard for their Clients because now business is booming! They forget that we as Clients chose to support and now they take us fogranted.

My horror story with this "service provider"

They have worst service I have ever encountered! Last month the router stopped working. It took 3 weeks for me to receive a new router. Never mind what a struggle it was to just get the router replaced. You need to keep calling in and begging for a service you FULLY PAY FOR!

Because of the delay - I tried to use an alternative router and they blocked my connectivity. They had the nerve to tell me I cannot use any other router - never mind how long I was waiting! rain South Africa still went on to debit me for a full month - knowing fully well that they did not give me a full months service.

The "new router" they sent me after 3weeks of waiting - hardly worked 2weeks! It stopped connecting to WiFi. I called so many times. It's 2 weeks later & I still do not have any resolution. I have spoken to so many people from support including so called "Team Leaders" including people from India coz some calls land there!

They keep promising to fix the situation but again I have to keep calling and holding on wasting my airtime just to hear more lies.

It's clear that Rain just wants to debit me once again for a full month without full delivery AGAIN coz I only had reception till 12 Oct 2023! ***** behavior! They are highly dishonest and specialize with lies!

Yet another lie from @rainSouthAfrica - coz clearly I'm a fool for having chosen them as a service provider. I was told a technician would come and assist me on Wed 25 Oct. Guess what! He called me this afternoon to tell me he can't come at 17:30 - he's a subcontractor and does not work after 17:00 nevermind how long I've had this issue!!! ZERO SERVICE

Rain takes the cup for incompetency. Lungelo and Recardo the so called Team Leaders as well as a lady and gent from India called me to "assist". They were meant to call me back - guess what! NO CALL BACK, NO SERVICE, ALL A ****, ISSUE STILL NOT RESOLVE. ONE OF THE MANY REFENCE NUMBERS ***7

They are busy marketing more products and yet they can't even support the existing Clientele.

They probably don't even SLAs on their deliverables. How ridiculous!
